More 5-axis machines have arrived. These five axis CNC machine tools are being moved from our five axis department to Metrixal's new factory. Many of these five axis machine tools are JDGR400T.

The JDGR400T is equipped with a precision high-speed electric spindle with a standard torque of 21.5nm. This excellent spindle can meet the needs of various cutting tools and can achieve various processing such as milling, grinding, drilling, boring, and tapping. JDGR 400T adopts fully closed-loop control technology, suitable for five axis machining of precision molds, precision parts, and precision hardware parts.

• More stable machine geometric accuracy. The JDGR400T adopts a fixed beam gantry structure, combined with a three rail crossbeam and a short cantilever head L-shaped structure, making the geometric accuracy of the machine more stable.

To improve the safety during the machining process, JDGR400T can simulate the machining process and optimize the machining process through software.

With the intelligent correction of in machine measurement and workpiece position dimensions, the machining dimensional accuracy can be fully improved.
