    Metal rapid prototyping

Our metal rapid prototyping services include metal 3D printing, CNC machining, and sheet metal stamping. SLS, SLM, and DMLS can be used for metal 3D printing. We can provide three-axis, four axis, and five axis CNC milling. Metrixal, a hardware company, has significant advantages in prototyping large and complex precision parts with large cavities. Due to the large number of prototype companies and CNC machining workshops in the market, there are few companies that can provide metal 3D printing and five axis CNC machining. Metrixal not only provides these two services, but also has rich experience in five axis machining and metal 3D printing.

Numerical control machining technology is very mature and has been widely used in metal rapid prototyping. Numerical control rapid prototyping technology has the characteristics of beautiful appearance and high precision, and is the first choice for metal rapid prototyping technology. The advantage of CNC rapid prototyping is that the information expressed in the drawings can be accurately reflected through CNC. At the same time, the appearance quality of CNC prototypes is very high, especially after surface treatment such as painting or silk screen printing. The products of CNC rapid prototyping technology will be more attractive than those manufactured by molds. Therefore, CNC rapid prototyping technology is becoming increasingly popular in metal rapid prototyping technology. Kesu Hardware has rich experience in 4-axis machining, 3+2 machining, and 5-axis machining, which can provide great assistance for CNC rapid prototyping services.

The main technologies for metal 3D printing include SLS and SLM. SLS technology refers to the use of selective laser irradiation on material powders to melt special additive materials. These special additive materials will serve as adhesives and enable the metal powder to bond and form the expected 3D model. Then metal 3D printing completes SLM technology, which means selective laser will directly heat the metal powder until it is completely melted. After cooling, it will become the expected 3D model.
